Led by Professor Wilson Obbatunde Aremu, Chairman, National Universities Commission (NUC) who is the Ifa (Oracle) of the Council; backed up by a man on the watchlist of the INTERPOL, an international terrorist known only as Janice (the two-faced hunter); they have established their control on the tertiary institutions through the PENTAGON’s on the campuses.
Having also acquired a sizeable control on the security apparatus of the metropolitan state and commercial capital of Nigeria, Lagos State, they are in good position to spread their control over the wider polity.
The only obstacle in their path is the Ghost of AFEDUNI, a highly kept Presidential secret known only as Project: PHEONIX!
