Warren, a carefree college student, is living his life to the fullest and has no worries or care about having a serious relationship at this point in his life.
But, life had different plans for him when he was forced to live with a new roommate, Bridget.
Warren, though always had been really good at dealing with girls, finds difficulty having to live under the same roof and share his bathroom with a girl, having a girl around all the time is really not something he’s used to or desires, especially a girl he hates and wants at the same time.

Bridget, a stubborn and extremely rude girl also happens to have the same love-hate feelings towards Warren.
None of them is ready to accept their true feelings towards each other and just plans to stay in a relationship that only lasts as long as the sun is down.
Warren, being totally okay with this setting in the beginning starts to get annoyed at how indifferent Bridget behaves in the morning, he tries his best to not let that bother him but he just can’t seem to help it.
Bridget, on the other hand, being equally stubborn is not ready to let her guard down.

Both of them are stuck in a constant game that keeps getting harder and harder with each day as they cannot just sweep their feelings under the rug now. They hate each other but also can’t seem to spend a minute without each other. They never wanted each other but still happens to be something they have always needed in their lives.
Maybe they are destined to be together as they would not be able to hide it for too long, or Maybe not.

This novel is a perfect combination of both humor and romance. The way Colleen Hoover has penned such deep and heart touching emotions while keeping the whole story really light and enjoyable is quite impressive.
This book keeps you engaged with its amazing humor and crude portray of emotions.
